Worrying Details Of Charlotte Flair’s Knee Injury Revealed

Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair faces months out of action and now an update on the extent of her injury shows things are even worse than first feared.

Flair has been involved with the ongoing issues on SmackDown with Damage CTRL in recent months. Flair teamed with Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and Shotzi to defeat the group in WarGames at Survivor Series. But now it looks like Asuka, Bayley, Kairi Sane, IYO SKY, and Dakota Kai have got the upper hand.

On the Tribute To The Troops edition of SmackDown Flair took on Asuka in a singles bout that Bayley interfered in to help Asuka pick up the win. During that match, Flair fell from the top rope and it seems to have caused major problems for the star.

Charlotte Flair Tears Knee Apart

WWE confirmed Charlotte Flair will be out of action for nine months. That timeframe led many to believe that Flair had torn her ACL, but the reality is things are far worse.

PWInsider reported that Flair suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus when she fell from the top rope during her match with Asuka. Surgery is being scheduled for as soon as possible. There is also an unconfirmed belief that Flair also suffered a strained neck during the fall.
