What Did Triple H Just Do? WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Ends In Chaos
The Vision’s Logan Paul and Austin Theory defended their WWE World Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits during the main event of Saturday Night’s Main Event XLIV.
The Street Profits started with high energy and used their speed to surprise the champions. Montez Ford cleared the ring early by jumping over the top rope to flatten the champions on the floor. Angelo Dawkins joined the attack by hitting a heavy spinebuster on the floor outside the ring.
The Profits almost won the title when Ford hit a high-flying frog splash from the top rope on Austin Theory. Paul Heyman then sprinted over and put Theory’s foot on the bottom rope to break the count. That was already bad enough. Then it got worse.
Chaotic end to WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event XLIV
The Vision turned the tide by using sneaky tricks. They trapped Montez Ford in their corner, cutting the ring in half and hurting his ribs with heavy boots.
In the final chaotic minutes, Angelo Dawkins tagged in to clear the ring, but Logan Paul and Austin Theory used a quick distraction to blindside him. The Vision then hit a big double-team move to get the final three-count.
Unbelievable… 😱

Looking at the bigger picture, Saturday Night’s Main Event delivered very little for the crowd. The show did not have any big surprises, exciting moments, or shocking returns.
The show felt very predictable for the live crowd because every single champion successfully retained their belts. With zero title changes all night, the entire show ended with nothing changing in WWE. It remains to be seen what Triple H has planned next.
