This major match has just been announced for WWE Backlash by WWE CCO Triple H.

The Miz and Kit Wilson have become sort of a tag team in recent weeks, with the shared intention of doing away with someone they both detest, and that is WWE star Danhausen.

Danhausen has been wreaking havoc in WWE since he arrived at Elimination Chamber. The Very Nice Very Evil Star has a dangerous curse that brings bad luck to those who are on the receiving end of it, and the ones who are, are usually those who don’t side with him.

Among others, two major SmackDown stars who have repeatedly been getting cursed are The Miz and Kit Wilson. Both stars have now had singles matches with Danhausen, in which his curse has gotten the ring pyro to malfunction just when either star was on the top rope or the apron.

Danhausen has especially been a thorn in the side of The Miz, as he recently invaded the A-Lister’s house in a slapstick segment that ended with both Miz and his wife in a mess while Danhausen casually stole their child’s bike and escaped.

The Miz and Kit Wilson finally got some respite on SmackDown this past Friday when Miz duped Danhausen into thinking he would join him, but the pair ended up attacking him and stood tall in the end.

Triple H Shares Official Backlash Match Involving Danhausen, Kit Wilson, and The Miz On X

Triple H has now come out with an official announcement on his X account.

Triple H has said that if Danhausen can find himself a tag team partner, he will get a tag team match against the Miz and Kit Wilson at Backlash on May 9th.

IF he can find a partner… @DanhausenAD
gets a match against @mikethemiz
and @KitWilson_PD
at #WWEBacklash.

Danhausen’s mystery partner could be revealed next week on SmackDown. The Very Nice Very Evil star’s amusing segments and overall comedic vibe have won over the hearts of many who initially doubted him upon his debut. However, a portion of the pro-wrestling fandom finds it silly and childish and doesn’t approve of Danhausen’s shenanigans backstage and in the ring.
