“Doesn’t Have A Clue” – Triple H Called A Horrible Booker
Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque is facing another attack in terms of his skills as a booker.
Levesque took over the reins of the creative department in 2022 and has held the position of Chief Content Officer in WWE ever since.
While the first couple of years earned him laurels, the same cannot be said about 2025. Many critics have claimed that the product has looked all over the place, with SmackDown bearing the most of the brunt.
One of Triple H’s harshest critics to emerge out of all this has been Vince Russo, who is a former head writer with the Stamford promotion.
Russo recently appeared on a podcast with Ken Anderson, who is another ex-WWE talent.
On a recent episode of the Mic Check with Mr Anderson podcast, Russo took a dig at the company boss, questioning his booking skills. He also called them out for exposing the inner workings of the industry through Netflix’s WWE: Unreal.
Comparing Levesque to Vince McMahon, he opined that the latter was not incompetent, but he could not say the same about the 56-year-old.
Vince McMahon, you can say whatever you wanna say about Vince, was not incompetent. Fricking Triple H is a horrible booker. Doesn’t have a clue. I don’t care how many world titles you won; this is television, and we need TV writers. The guy does not have a clue of how to write a television show. Yet he is right up there at the top. Logan Paul Defends Triple H
Despite facing criticism, Triple H still has insiders who jump to his defense time and again.
Logan Paul is the latest personality to step up in that role, as he discussed at length all the criticisms that have come Hunter’s way, especially in 2025.
Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, Paul claimed that it was easy to blame the boss when someone did not know the inside details.
I’m telling you as an insider, it’s not his fault 100%. It’s human nature, unfortunately, like how easy is it to sign blame? Assign blame, it’s your fault we hate you. When in reality, a lot of situations have nuance.
