Fans who watch Trick Williams live at any arena love chanting ‘Whoop That Trick’ to his entrance theme.

One of the loudest recorded pops in recent memory occurred during WWE’s European tour when SmackDown was taped in London, England, on January 16.

It has become a fan-favorite part of his entrance, along with another catchphrase that he often uses during his promos—Lemon Pepper Steppers.

‘Lemon Pepper Stepprers’ is something he says when he talks about his swanky shoes. Fans have not yet been able to decipher its meaning despite cheering it on multiple occasions.

Trick Williams recently explained what the catchphrase meant during an appearance on the RoneDotCom podcast. The 31-year-old said that the words did not define his shoes, but rather the personality of the person.

Not about the color. Not about the texture. It’s a sauce. It’s like Wingstop, it’s like KFC, it’s the sauce that makes it a Lemon Pepper Stepper. [H/T: Ringside News]

Trick Williams Has Been Chosen By Fans: Mark Henry

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry has been in awe of Trick Williams ever since the latter made his main roster debut.

Williams has since competed in several matches and has even stood toe-to-toe against reputable names in the company, such as Randy Orton and Sami Zayn.

Henry recently discussed the SmackDown star’s popularity while comparing it to the admiration received by the likes of Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels through the years.

In doing so, the World’s Strongest Man claimed that Trick Williams had been chosen by the people.

That doesn’t make Trick Williams a bad guy. It doesn’t make Trick Williams a good guy. It makes Trick Williams as big as the business. Not many people get that. That comes from being chosen in pro-wrestling.

It ain’t nothing that the promoters could do, when you get over and the crowd chooses, ‘That’s our guy, I like him. He moved me, I like the way you talk that talk. I like the way you walk that walk.
