Tony Khan has shared some incredible news that AEW has reached an incredible milestone in terms of ticket sales ahead of Full Gear.

As the AEW Owner, President & General Manager, Tony Khan has proudly announced that AEW reached an incredible milestone going into the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view tonight in Newark, New Jersey.

Khan tweeted about how Full Gear officially passed a $1 million live gate. That means that the tickets sold have reached over $1 million. This year’s Full Gear is also the fourth edition of the November pay-per-view with Khan also noting that it was the first time Full Gear has passed the $1 million live gate figure.

“TONIGHT’s #AEWFullGear ppv is officially over a $1 million live gate! It’s the first time Full Gear has ever topped $1 million in tickets! Tonight’s @AEW’s 4th straight ppv over $1 million live gate, 5th time total in 2022 (including Grand Slam). See you TONIGHT for Full Gear!”

In the main event of Full Gear, Jon Moxley will defend the AEW World Title against Maxwell Jacob Friedman. In addition to that, The Elite trio of The Young Bucks & Kenny Omega are back in the AEW ring after more than two months away as they challenge Death Triangle for the AEW Trios Tag Team Titles. The ROH World Title will also be on the line as Chris Jericho defends the gold against Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli and Sammy Guevera, who is part of the champion’s Jericho Appreciation Society group.

The TJRWrestling AEW Full Gear preview is available here while we will also have a live Full Gear review later this evening.
