The Young Bucks Say “Bring It On” To Tag Team Dream Match

The Young Bucks AEW

The Young Bucks are open to challenging one of the biggest tag team combinations seen in years.

Many fans consider the Young Bucks to be the best tag team in the world today. They’ve had a profound influence on the independent wrestling scene for years and were instrumental in the creation of All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

And despite some setbacks and issues – including the fallout from All Out 2022 – The Bucks are now back atop AEW’s tag team division as the World Trios Champions alongside Kenny Omega.

But Kenny Omega finds himself in an interesting situation given what happened at NJPW’s New Year’s Dash.

On the first show after Wrestle Kingdom 17, Kenny Omega took on Jeff Cobb and Aaron Henare in a tag match in the main event. And his partner in that match was none other than his former rival Kazuchika Okada.

The two champions took a photo together, but it has yet to lead to anything. That said, the Young bucks were asked about the photo in an interview with Sports Illustrated.

Specifically, they were asked about the possibility of a Young Bucks versus Omega and Okada two-on-two tag match. They were pretty enthusiastic about it.

“Seeing Okada and Kenny in the ring together gave the wrestling world goosebumps. That tag match would be a dream match, and I’d be down for it.” – Nick

“You’re wondering my response? Bring it.” – Matt
