The Wyatt Sicks Announced For Major Appearance As Post-WWE Names Revealed
The Wyatt Sicks have been announced for a major appearance after being released from WWE.
The entire faction was released on April 24, 2026, as part of the post-WrestleMania 42 roster cuts. According to reports, the group was released because the Stamford-based company had no creative direction for them, and they were not profitable enough to retain.
WrestleCon Minneapolis recently shared a post on Twitter revealing that the entire Wyatt Sicks faction will make an appearance at the event from Friday, July 31, to Sunday, August 2. The convention will take place at the Hilton Minneapolis, 1001 Marquette Ave South, as part of SummerSlam weekend.
The announcement also revealed the names each respective star will go by: Bo Dallas will be known as Taylor Rotunda, Nikki Cross will go by Nikki Storm, Dexter Lumis will be known as Samuel Shaw, Erick Rowan will go by Erick Redbeard, and Joe Gacy will be known as Joseph Sawyer.
Let them in! This group may be headed in different directions, but we have assembled them once again for the entire 3 day weekend. Group pro photos will be available each day. pic.twitter.com/KZhgpwPvV1

The New Day’s Kofi Kingston And Xavier Woods Set To Make Post-WWE Appearance
Just like the Wyatt Sicks, The New Day is also set to make their first post-WWE appearance soon. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have been announced for GalaxyCon Oklahoma City on May 23–24. Kingston is being advertised as Kofi, while Woods will appear as Austin Creed for the event.
Shortly after Wyatt Sicks’ release on April 24, The New Day was also released by the Stamford-based company on May 2. It was reported that they were asked to restructure the contracts they had signed in 2020, which included a pay cut.
Since Woods and Kingston did not agree to the new terms, they chose to leave the company.
“The stories on New Day that largely broke yesterday are accurate in that they were asked to take a pay cut on a deal signed in 2025 that was to go to 2030. They didn’t accept the pay cut and left on their own,” reported by Dave Meltzer of The WRestling Observer.
