Sunny Tammy Sytch

WWE Hall Of Famer Sunny has been arrested and now faces a total of nine criminal charges including DUI manslaughter following a car accident that took the life of a 75-year-old man.

Sunny – real name Tammy Sytch – has already been arrested multiple times since the start of 2022. In January, she was arrested for terroristic threats and weapons charges, and then again in February for multiple charges. On both occasions, it was said that she appeared to be under the influence.

TMZ has reported that the WWE Hall of Famer is facing further charges after allegedly causing a car accident which led to the death of 75-year-old Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. The report says that police on the scene suspect she was under the influence of alcohol when the incident happened. The accident occurred at about 8:28 pm on March 25th on US Highway 1 in Volusia County, Florida.

PWInsider has now provided an update, reporting that Sunny was arrested at a hotel in Ormond Beach, Florida and is facing a total of nine charges in relation to the incident. The charges include DUI manslaughter, as well as driving with a suspended or revoked license causing death or serious injury and seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or property.

If found guilty, Sunny faces up to 30 years in prison. She is being held on a $200,000 bond for the DUI manslaughter charge with bonds totalling $27,500 for the remaining charges.

Sunny has previously claimed that she owned the car that was involved. However, a civil lawsuit has already been filed against her and her boyfriend James F. Pente which lists Pente as the owner of the 2012 Mercedes which she crashed.

The lawsuit has been filed by the estate of the deceased man and is seeking in excess of $100,000 in damages.
