She’s Back! TNA Sees Familiar WWE Face Resurface After Lengthy Absence
TNA’s premiere episode of Thursday Night Impact on AMC was one to be remembered by many fans as it featured some exciting segments and entertaining matches.
The show opened with the return of TNA legend, AJ Styles, as he addressed the fans and hyped up the show ahead of a new era for the promotion. The night had more surprises in store for the fans.
Santino Marella revealed former WWE superstar Daria Rae, formerly known as Sonya Deville, as his assistant, but she turned on Marella and quickly took matters into her own hands as she announced the signing of a former WWE star.
Former WWE star Cora Jade makes her return to TNA
Former WWE star Cora Jade, now known as Elayna Black, was revealed as the newest member of the Knockouts Division by Daria Rae in her first act of business.
Black had previously appeared twice in the promotion, once during her initial days as a wrestler and once last year, when she was still part of the NXT roster.

Following her WWE release last year, Black wrestled on the independent circuit for a while before taking a break from the business in July 2025 to take care of her mental health.
