Security Officials Rushed Out After Big AEW Fight; Chris Jericho Involved

AEW hosted a special episode of Dynamite tonight, with its Summer Blockbuster edition of Dynamite airing live from The Andrew J Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

A huge night was planned for tonight’s episode, featuring two Owen Hart Cup matches and a Continental Championship defense, where Jon Moxley defends his title against Shane Taylor.

Before getting to some of these exciting matches, Tomasso Ciampa kicked off the night as he once again forced Tony Schiavone to state that Ciampa is better than Chris Jericho, before the inaugural AEW World Champion came out.

Heated brawl kicks off AEW Dynamite

Both men started to get into a verbal altercation with each other, with Jericho chastising Ciampa about his bald head and his beard while mocking him by calling him Tommy.

He even jokingly asked what he had to do to fight men with hair, considering his other rivalry since returning in April was against Ricochet, who is also bald like Tommaso.

Ciampa had heard enough of Jericho’s mocking, and both men got into a brutal brawl as they tried to take each other out. Security officials came out to separate the two men and had to work extremely hard to stop them from going after one another.
