Roman Reigns’ Final Message To Seth Rollins Before WWE RAW Went Off Air

Roman Reigns found himself a new challenger on this week’s WWE Raw, and it is none other than his former stablemate, Seth Rollins.

The Original Tribal Chief graced Atlantic City with his presence in the main event segment of this week’s Monday Night Raw episode. Soon after the crowd acknowledged him, Seth Rollins made his entrance and interrupted his promo.

The Visionary confronted Reigns and told him that he was there to collect the title that he never lost. Reigns told Rollins to go and stand at the back of the line since he’s done nothing to earn a title shot. But Rollins reminded him why he was actually at the very front.

Rollins stated that he beat Reigns at WrestleMania 41 and stole his Wiseman, Paul Heyman. He sacrificed his body at WrestleMania 40 so Cody Rhodes could beat Reigns. He beat The OTC in his first WrestleMania main event match at WrestleMania 31.

Rollins added that he is the one who broke the Shield with a steel chair shot to Roman’s back. He continued that during Reigns’ reign as the Undisputed Champion, he beat everyone except him. So, he deserves to challenge him for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins Official for SummerSlam

Roman replied that he didn’t want to beat Rollins, but he needed to beat Rollins, and he needed his family to see him beat Rollins. So, he accepted the challenge. The two former Shield brothers are now set to collide once again at SummerSlam.

Just before Raw went off the air, Roman Reigns made a huge statement to close out the show.

Reigns told Rollins, “SummerSlam, we close the door on The Shield.. FOREVER.”

This year’s biggest party of the summer will take place as a two-night event on Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2, 2026, at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
