Ric Flair Cancels Appearance Due To Health Issues

Ric Flair won’t be making a scheduled appearance due to health issues.

The legendary Ric Flair is a two-time WWE Hall of Famer with 16 World Titles, although if you ask him, he’d say he won more than that.

While Ric Flair has a long association with WWE, he has been under contract with AEW since early 2024 on a two-year deal that saw him involved in storylines leading to his old rival Sting’s retirement match.

Away from the pro wrestling world, Flair stays busy by appearing at wrestling conventions and Comic Con events, where he meets fans for photos and autographs. If you have seen Flair at a signing, then you know his line is very long due to his long history as a pro wrestling legend.

Over the years, Flair has battled serious health issues. Recently, the 76-year-old Flair revealed that he was undergoing surgery, and he posted a photo of his stomach with bandages on it.

Flair announced on social media that he won’t be at the Atlanta Comic Con on July 19th due to personal and health reasons.

Charlotte Flair Praises Ric Flair For Always Believing In Her

If there is one thing that wrestling fans know about Ric Flair, it’s that he is the biggest supporter of his daughter Charlotte Flair.

Recently, Charlotte Flair wrote about her dad, Ric Flair, and his belief in her.

“He can be frustrating, annoying, overbearing, overwhelming… but he believes in me. He’s always believed in me. And he’s the one person who never, ever gave up on my potential to be great.”
