Rhea Ripley has been building towards a leaner body ahead of WrestleMania 42.

In a recent Instagram post, the Australian superstar revealed her progress, displaying an enviable physique. In the caption, she made a Dragon Ball Z reference, claiming that she asked Shenron for pronounced muscles.

At the Show of Shows, Ripley is scheduled to challenge Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship. Her commitment shows that she is ready to go toe-to-toe with Cargill, who is cut in the right places, and has put away several wrestlers through physical domination.

Ripley is a multi-time former Women’s World Champion, and judging by her recent in-ring performances and now her efforts in the gym, it will take a special effort on Cargill’s behalf to retain her title.

In the comment section of her Instagram post, Rhea Ripley even won a favorable reaction from her rivals and current women’s tag champions, Nia Jax and Lash Legend.

Rhea Ripley Calls Out Jade Cargill After WWE SmackDown

On March 13, Jade Cargill faced Michin in a singles match. Despite putting up brief resistance, Michin fell to Cargill’s Jaded finisher.

After the match, the women’s champion called out Rhea Ripley, claiming that she should be scared of her. This prompted The Eradicator to walk out, who goaded Cargill to take a shot. However, Cargill crawled out of the ring to a chorus of boos from the fans.

Following her segment, Ripley shared her thoughts on Cargill, calling the champion out for walking away from a fight.

She wants to talk a lot of smack, but where’s the fighting, Jade? Exactly what I thought. You’re not a fighter, you’re a talker, you’re a little yapper, like a little chihuahua, aren’t you? I’m a fighter and you can’t fight me. Put some respect on my damn name next time you mention me. Otherwise, I’ll make you respect me.
