In September 2025, popular rapper and singer Drake appeared on Bobbi Althoff’s podcast, Not This Again, where he discussed his social media feed. While doing so, he admitted that he was highly intrigued by Rhea Ripley and even called her his “muse.”
“I don’t have data. I’m trying to pull up — I’m trying to pull up Tyga’s Instagram. My F.Y.P. page is just all Rhea Ripley. She’s a wrestler. She’s like my muse but — I’m the opposite of probably everything that she likes.”
Rhea Ripley Met Drake Backstage At Elimination Chamber 2025
Ripley officially addressed Drake’s shout-out to her during an April 2026 appearance on Complex. She revealed that she had actually met Drake backstage at Elimination Chamber 2025 in Toronto when Drake walked into the gorilla position with Triple H to greet everyone. She admitted to being starstruck at the moment.
“It was wild. I remember meeting Drake for the first time—we were in Gorilla, and he just kind of snuck in. Just seeing him in person, I was like, ‘Damn, that’s Drake. That’s wild.’ And then to hear him pretty much put me over as his muse—it’s just wild. It’s nice.”
“Yeah, he was at Gorilla. It was Elimination Chamber last year, I believe. Yeah. All right—he was back with Triple H, and yeah, he kind of said hi to everyone.”
Drake was also at ringside during the Elimination Chamber premium live event in 2025. He sat alongside Lil Yachty. Logan Paul actively paid homage to the rapper by writing “OVO” (the acronym for Drake’s record label/brand) directly onto the glass of his pod during the event.
The Maverick was a part of the men’s Elimination Chamber match. His opponents were Drew McIntyre, Damian Priest, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and John Cena. Cena was the one who won the match.
