Rhea Ripley Challenged To Match On NXT
Rhea Ripley is heading back to NXT once again after she was issued with a challenge by one star on the white and gold brand.
Ripley has been seen on NXT in recent weeks although she has not competed on the brand since October 2022 when she defeated Roxanne Perez. Instead, Rhea Ripley has been on Judgment Day business, accompanying Dirty Dominik Mysterio on the way to him winning the North American Championship.
On Monday Night Raw in Tampa, The Judgment Day was large and in charge once again with Mysterio retaining his title over Sami Zayn while Damian Priest and Ripley may have put Kevin Owens on the shelf. However, after the night was over, it appeared one NXT star was waiting in the wings for the group’s eradicator.
In a digital exclusive video shared from Raw, NXT star Lyra Valkyria stepped up to challenge Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley to a match on NXT – a challenge that Ripley readily accepted.

Lyra Valkyria made it to the final of the tournament to crown a new NXT Women’s Champion back in May but was defeated in the final by Tiffany Stratton. Stratton recently had a lot to say about female main roster stars appearing on NXT and thinks the brand doesn’t need them.
