Randy Orton “Suspended” Ahead Of WWE SmackDown

Randy Orton has found himself at the receiving end of an immediate suspension in WWE.

The Viper has been creating problems for everyone on the SmackDown brand since he turned heel and attacked Cody Rhodes. Now, he has attracted a suspension following his antics in last week’s episode of the blue-branded show, where he further punished Matt Cardona and RKO’ed Jelly Roll.

The upcoming April 3, 2026, episode of SmackDown will be held in St. Louis, which is the hometown of The Viper. Ahead of this, however, Chelsea Green recently appeared for an interview with Esteban Ramirez. Speaking to him, The Hot Mess talked about his actions since turning heel.

The former two-time Women’s United States Champion noted that Randy Orton is no longer the Secretary of Sssslay and has been suspended from his position. Notably, Green is the wife of Matt Cardona, who currently has a broken arm because of The Apex Predator.

I’m having to rethink my appointing of him as the Secretary of Ssslay. He definitely right now is on suspension. We’ll see, pending future decisions.”

The Viper was promoted to the Secretary of Sssslay position after he celebrated his 2026 Elimination Chamber win with the fans. The crowd saw Orton borrow a Chelsea Green hat from a young girl and put it on for a short time before returning it to her. Reacting to a video clip of this, The Hot Mess appointed him as a Slaygent in Her Secret Hervice.

Interestingly, while Green has parted ways with Randy Orton for the time being, he could be joined by his mystery caller on the upcoming episode of SmackDown. The Viper had uploaded a video clip on X where he was speaking on the phone with his secret ally.

The 14-time WWE World Champion’s conversation hinted that his only supporter at the moment will meet him in St. Louis. It would be interesting to see what lies ahead for Orton.
