NXT Star Lays Down Conditions For WWE Main Roster Call-Up

Whilst many are extremely keen for a WWE main roster call-up, a current NXT has laid down when they want to be called up, and under what circumstances.

As part of the 2023 WWE Draft, plenty of talents got their move from the black and gold brand to either Monday Night Raw or Friday Night SmackDown, including the likes of Grayson Waller, Pretty Deadly, JD McDonagh and Zoey Stark. However, that still left plenty of superstars competing on Tuesday nights for NXT.

One of those was Tiffany Stratton, who admitted recently that she was happy to stay with NXT to allow the chance to “hone in” on her wrestling abilities.

In a new discussion with Sam Roberts on the Not Sam Wrestling Podcast, Stratton confirmed that she wants to move up when she’s going to be a force to be reckoned with rather than being pushed aside, and hopes that could be in around a year.

I want to, when I get called up, I want to be a threat. I want to be someone that is like, ‘Oh crap, Tiffany is here, she is ready.’ I don’t want to be called up and be pushed to the side for a little bit. I want to be called up and be a threat to everyone. If I have another year in NXT and make a name for myself and hold some gold, maybe, I feel like I can be at that level.

One star who was expected to move to the main roster was former NXT Champion Bron Breakker, however the reason why he didn’t get the call has seemingly now been revealed.
