“Nobody Likes Me” – SmackDown Star Has No Friends In WWE
SmackDown star The Miz says he has no friends in WWE.
With the Royal Rumble just a few days away, The Miz recently made an appearance on ESPN’s SportsCenter, where he joined Jay Harris for an interview to promote the upcoming 2026 Royal Rumble, set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Miz has not yet announced for this year’s Royal Rumble, and he is no stranger to the match, having participated in dozens of Royal Rumble bouts throughout his career. That extensive experience gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to survive, and potentially win, the chaotic contest.
The Miz Says He Has “No Friends” When It Comes To WWE Royal Rumble
During the interview, Jay Harris asked The Miz whether he would be willing to sacrifice his chances of winning the Royal Rumble if it meant eliminating someone he couldn’t stand.
Miz responded by stating that he would do whatever it takes to win the Royal Rumble. He emphasized that he does not care what he has to do to achieve victory, explaining that he has no friends in WWE when it comes to the Rumble.
“I will do whatever it takes. I mean, are you kidding me? Whatever it takes to win. There are no friends here. I have no friends, by the way, in WWE anyway.”
While his comment was not meant as a literal statement that he has no friends, Miz clarified that once he is inside the Royal Rumble match, nothing else matters. He does not care who is standing across from him. His sole focus and objective is to win.
“Nobody likes me. If you listen to the audience, they boo me. They chant I suck every single day. So, there are no friends when I’m in the ring.” (From 2:29)
