A major WWE champion suffered a shoulder injury at NXT Stand & Deliver.

Tatum Paxley and Blake Monroe have been feuding over the NXT Women’s North American Championship heading into Stand & Deliver. The Glamour even stole the title from the champion.

Tonight in St. Louis, the two women went head-to-head for the title. Early on in the match, Monroe delivered a head scissors from the top rope to her opponent.

Paxley landed awkwardly on the steel ramp and immediately held her left shoulder. She was heard screaming, “My shoulder!”

NXT commentator Vic Joseph also pointed out that he heard the champion telling the referee that she had separated her shoulder.

Despite being injured, Paxley continued the match and defeated Monroe to retain her title.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver Witnessed A Major Title Change

While Tatum Paxley and Myles Borne retained their championships at NXT Stand & Deliver, another champion lost their title at the WWE show.

Jacy Jayne put her NXT Women’s Championship on the line against Kendal Grey and Lola Vice in St. Louis. Despite her efforts, the leader of Fatal Influence lost the title to Vice.

While the feed was cut several times during the Women’s NXT Women’s Title match as Jayne suffered a wardrobe malfunction, Vice shared a non-PG moment with Sexyy Red to celebrate her victory.
