Massive Health Update On Roxanne Perez Ahead Of WWE WrestleMania 42

Roxanne Perez has provided a positive health update.

The Judgment Day star last competed in the women’s Royal Rumble match in January, which was eventually won by her stablemate, Liv Morgan.

She was last seen on the subsequent episode of WWE Raw, when she interfered in the Women’s World Championship match between Stephanie Vaquer and Raquel Rodriguez.

While trying to interfere in the bout, Perez was struck by Vaquer, which led to her crashing through a table.

That was her last TV appearance. A few days later, she shared an Instagram story, revealing that she had been hospitalized following the detection of a benign mass that had been troubling her.

She underwent surgery, preventing her from making any TV appearances. Meanwhile, members in her group have continued with their appearance schedules.

According to her recent Instagram story, she is focused on her return, as evidenced by her gym training. The timing is ideal for her return, considering WWE is on the road to WrestleMania.

Roxanne Perez’s Possible Path To WrestleMania 42

Should Roxanne Perez be fit to compete at WrestleMania, WWE will want to feature her in some capacity.

The Prodigy showcased her commitment to the company by emerging as the workhorse in the women’s division in 2025. She even continued to make appearances during the European tour despite struggling with her body.

With Liv Morgan already having chosen her opponent at WrestleMania, she is out of the picture to team up with the 24-year-old.

That only leaves her with Raquel Rodriguez, with whom she held the Women’s Tag Team Championship last year following Morgan’s injury in June.

Rodriguez and Perez teaming up seems like the likely option for WWE, as the duo could re-enter the race for the tag titles, currently held by Nia Jax and Lash Legend.
