Liv Morgan Responds To Rumors Of WrestleMania Match With WWE Teammate
Liv Morgan has a busy Monday ahead of her.
On February 23, she is scheduled for an appearance on WWE Raw, where she will reveal her choice of the women’s champion whom she would face at WrestleMania 42.
The 31-year-old wrestler earned this privilege by winning the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Since then, she has kept her eyes on both Stephanie Vaquer and Jade Cargill, even attending consecutive SmackDown tapings to get a close look at The Storm.
Meanwhile, on last week’s Raw episode, she was brought to tears by Vaquer, who interrupted her sit-down interview with Michael Cole.
Amid her decision-making process, Liv Morgan has also experienced resistance from her Judgment Day stablemate, Raquel Rodriguez.
For the last couple of months, Rodriguez challenged Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship unsuccessfully on multiple occasions.
During this time, she even snapped back at Morgan a couple of times, even telling her to keep herself out of her matches against La Primera.
Liv Morgan Discusses Potentially Facing Raquel Rodriguez At WrestleMania
Recently, WWE has been building Raquel Rodriguez in such a way that she is ready to step out of Liv Morgan’s shadow.
Several insiders and critics have praised Rodriguez’s transition into ‘Big Sexy,’ with her even earning praise from the original Big Sexy, Kevin Nash.
Since then, several reports have gone on to claim that Morgan could face her Judgment Day stablemate at WrestleMania at a future date.
While speaking on the Good Karma Wrestling podcast, she was asked about a potential match with the 35-year-old star.
Do you think that my sister and I are gonna fight against each other? Think we’re gonna fight at all? Y’all are troublemakers, and you guys are trying to stir the pot, okay? I don’t know if you guys have had a best friend before. That’s not how things work. [7:44 onwards]
