Kofi Kingston Called Out By Real-Life Bloodline Member After WWE Departure

A real-life Anoa’i Bloodline family member has called out Kofi Kingston following his exit from the WWE. The Bloodline member in question is Zilla Fatu.

Zilla Fatu is one of the many Anoa’i Bloodline members within the pro wrestling scene who has yet to make it to the WWE. The 26-year-old star has made a name for himself on the independent wrestling scene since his debut in 2023. Lately, Zilla has been in the ring with some top names like MJF, The Hardy Boyz, and Brody King. Meanwhile, Zilla has teased a match with Kofi Kingston as well.

Kofi Kingston recently departed the WWE, along with his New Day stablemate, Xavier Woods. Following their shocking departure, Kingston and Woods have been offered to join the Hurt Syndicate faction in AEW. Bobby Lashley offered the New Day a spot in the Syndicate during a recent interview:

Hopefully they come to AEW, and if they do, we’ll try to get them if we can because I would love to be able to work with those guys. I like those guys. I’ve worked with those guys for years over at the other organization, and if they came over here and wanted to be a part of the Hurt Syndicate, it’s game on.”

Zilla Fatu called out Kofi Kingston for a match following his WWE exit

In a recent interview, Zilla Fatu said that he wants to beat up Kofi Kingston. Interestingly, Kofi took notice of Zilla’s statement on the X social media platform and reacted by threatening the Anoa’i Bloodline member with a lawsuit if he laid a hand on him:

The boy has fire, but if I were him, I’d concentrate on getting a job before making documented threats to assault me. Having said that, I would prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law if he was to lay a hand on me. It would be my greatest pleasure to send him to jail.”

Reacting to the above threat by Kofi Kingston, Zilla Fatu poked fun at Kofi no longer having a job in the WWE. Zilla also called out Kofi for a match while tagging multiple indie promotions, where the match could take place:

Hey buddy , I heard you lost your job , if you need some work hmu Zilla Fatu vs Kofi Kingston would feed families! Let’s help him out @4thRope @HOGwrestling @TheOfficialROW @ncgwrestling”

Fans will have to wait and see if Kofi Kingston will accept Zilla Fatu’s challenge.
