Jon Moxley Survives Serious Scare After AEW Dynamite Opener
Jon Moxley’s fight against the Don Callis Family continued tonight on AEW Dynamite as the Tony Khan-led promotion hosted its go-home episode for this Sunday’s AEW Revolution.
The show was airing live from the San Jose Civic in San Jose, California, where an exciting night of action was on offer for the fans. The night began with the Continental Champion, Jon Moxley.
He teamed up with his Death Riders teammate, Claudio Castagnoli, as they came together to take on Mox’s Revolution opponent, Konosuke Takeshita, and his Don Callis Family stablemate, Hechicero.

Castagnoli and Hechicero got the match underway as they put on a tactical display of technical wrestling, looking to get an early win for their team. The duo then tagged their teammates into the match as the fans got a little preview of Revolution.
Moxley and Castagnoli then worked on Hechicero for a while as they dominated the match before Takeshita came back in the match to shift the momentum. Moxley, however, didn’t let the IWGP Champion get a lot of offense in.

The Death Riders remained in control of most of the match, and ultimately they picked up the win after Castagnoli poked Takeshita in the eye before catching Hechicero in a tight roll up to pick the win.
However, just after the match, the rest of the Don Callis Family members came to the ring to take out the rest of the Death Riders. They caught Moxley in the ring and handed Takeshita the steel chair to attack him. However, the Alpha refused to jump on Mox as he wants to beat him on Sunday the right way.
