A female SmackDown star recently claimed that Je’Von Evans is their cousin.

Evans officially became a member of the Raw brand when he signed a contract during the live taping on the January 5, 2026, episode.

The 21-year-old’s upgrade was the result of consistently good performances that he had put on the developmental brand, NXT. During his stint there, Evans unsuccessfully challenged for the North American Championship and the NXT Championship several times.

After winning the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge at Deadline, he challenged Oba Femi three days later, but lost. His last appearance on the brand was on December 17, where he lost to Ricky Saints.

Je’Von Evans has continued to remain popular with the WWE Universe through his vibrant in-ring presence and match quality.

He was also part of the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble match in Saudi Arabia in January, lasting over 40 minutes before being eliminated by Randy Orton.

The Young OG was one of the six qualifiers for the Elimination Chamber match in February, where he was eliminated by Logan Paul.

On Night 2 of WrestleMania 42, Je’Von Evans will be seen challenging for Penta’s Intercontinental Championship in a ladder match. Other challengers include JD McDonagh, Rey Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and Rusev.

B-Fab Reveals Je’Von Evans As Her Cousin

Like Je’Von Evans, B’Fab kickstarted her WWE journey on NXT.

She ultimately allied with Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Ashante “Thee” Adonis, and Top Dolla, forming the Hit Row faction. In 2021, she was released from the company along with her stablemates as part of the budget cuts.

B-Fab returned to the company in 2022 as part of Hit Row, although without Isaiah Scott. In March 2022, Scott debuted in All Elite Wrestling as Swerve Strickland.

Following the disbandment of Hit Row, she joined Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins), forming The Pride.

In 2025, she aligned with Michin and is now included in a storyline involving SmackDown Women’s Champion Jade Cargill and Rhea Ripley.

Cargill will defend her title against Ripley on Night 2 of WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

During a recent appearance on The Ringer Wrestling Show podcast, she revealed Je’Von Evans as her relative.

He’s my cousin. I just told someone over there. They didn’t believe me, yeah. But that’s my cousin. I wasn’t gonna say anything because they’re like, ‘Ah, cousin-cousin or cousin?’ I’m like, ‘No, he’s my cousin.’ [H/T: Fightful]

Night 2 of WrestleMania 42 on Sunday includes 6 matches, including CM Punk’s World Heavyweight Championship title defense against Roman Reigns in the main event.
