Jacob Fatu Breaks Silence After Another Assault On Roman Reigns Ahead Of WWE Backlash 2026
Jacob Fatu has spoken following his second attack on Roman Reigns in as many weeks.
On May 4, the WWE Raw taping emanated from Omaha, Nebraska, where the main event featured a contract signing between Fatu and Reigns at Backlash for the latter’s World Heavyweight Championship.
Until now, Fatu has been adamant about wanting every prized possession that his cousin has, including a bigger home and a nicer school for his children.
Last week, Reigns became irate after Fatu claimed that Solo Sikoa was there for him when he came out of prison and even credited him for bringing him to WWE.
In turn, Reigns claimed that it was because of his blessing that Fatu was signed to the Stamford promotion. He then said that Jacob did not deserve it as he had not earned it.
These words prompted The Samoan Werewolf to pull out the dreaded Tonga Death Grip from his arsenal. He continued to apply pressure to the World Champion’s throat until he was neutralized.
On Monday, a similar dialogue took place between the bloodline members. Jacob Fatu, again, utilized the Tongan Death Grip; however, Roman Reigns was ready with a counterattack. which he could keep up only for a brief period.
Fatu again overpowered him, this time slamming his Backlash opponent on the table.
