“Internal Unhappiness” Within WWE Following Big Leak – Reports
Reports have claimed backstage frustration after a recent WWE taping’s leak.
En route to Saudi Arabia for the Night of Champions PLE, the Stamford promotion hosted one episode of Raw and SmackDown each in London’s O2 Arena.
While the Raw episode on June 22 was taped live, the following evening saw SmackDown being pre-taped and aired on June 26.
However, the entire SmackDown episode ended up on different websites, giving fans early access to the results before the actual June 26 airing.
WWE Officials Unhappy Over SmackDown Leak
According to a report by PWInsider, “internal unhappiness” exists in WWE as a result of the leak.
The go-home show for Night of Champions featured the debut of Blake Monroe as well as the split of the MFTs as Talla and Tama Tonga parted ways with Solo Sikoa.
Jade Cargill also secured a massive advantage going into NOC by attacking the Women’s United States Champion, Tiffany Stratton.
In the main event segment, the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Sami Zayn, Gunther, Oba Femi, and Jey Uso came face-to-face.
As of this moment, no reports have been able to verify how the leak happened. Fans, on the other hand, have been casual about it, given modern internet realities.
There was internal unhappiness within WWE this week as the entire episode of tonight’s #SmackDown leaked online in different places.

Like any other producer of sports entertainment, the World Wrestling Entertainment prides itself on protecting its content. The latest turn of events is, without a doubt, an unwelcome development that is bound to make the company’s higher-ups feel uneasy.
As for Night of Champions, the PLE will feature 3 title matches along with the King and Queen of the Ring finals, and Seth Rollins’ Cage Match against Bron Breakker.
