Injured WWE Star Set To Challenge Roman Reigns Upon Return
This major WWE star, who suffered an injury setback ahead of WrestleMania 42, could face Roman Reigns upon his return.
Roman Reigns won the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble and became the #1 contender for CM Punk’s World Heavyweight Championship. The OTC went on to win the belt at WrestleMania 42 by beating Punk after a scintillating bout.
One WWE star who could have had the opportunity to be at WrestleMania is Bronson Reed. Reed suffered a bicep injury during a triple threat qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber. Logan Paul, his Vision factionmate, eventually took Reed’s place in the Chamber match, which Randy Orton eventually won.
A new report has emerged from Self Made Pro, who said during a recent Self Made Session that Reed could return and be one of Roman Reigns’ opponents in The OTC’s current title run.
All I do know is that Bronson Reed is going to be one of Roman Reigns’s opponents during this title reign.
Reed already has some history with Reigns and even has a victory over him at last year’s Crown Jewel PLE.
With Bron Breakker’s recent return at WrestleMania 42, Bronson Reed’s return will complete The Vision faction once again, and they will become a force to be reckoned with.
Roman Reigns Set To Face Jacob Fatu At WWE Backlash
Jacob Fatu, who won his Unsanctioned match against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 42, demanded a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship by directly confronting Roman Reigns on the Raw episode after ‘Mania.
Fatu said that he wants a better life for his family, which he is sure would be possible if he wins the World Title because with it will come riches and fame that he now claims he desperately needs.
Reigns gave his younger cousin a week to think about his challenge. This past Monday on Raw, Fatu emerged to confront The OTC once again and confirmed his stance, saying that he needs the World Title. The segment ended with Fatu brutally choking out Reigns.
Their cousins, the Usos, are also involved in the storyline, taking Reigns’ side.
More Samoan family members got caught in the crossfire in the build-up to this feud when Jacob Fatu decimated the members of the MFTs, led by Solo Sikoa, this past Friday on SmackDown after they insulted him in an earlier segment.
