Identity Of New WWE Champion Revealed (Spoiler)

The identity of the first-ever Women’s United States Champion has been revealed.

On November 8th, 2024, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis announced the creation of the Women’s United States Title. Fans and even WWE Superstars themselves have been calling on the company to introduce more singles women’s titles and they finally got their wish.

The tournament to decide the new champion got underway on November 15th, and now the semi-finalists have been confirmed.

On the December 13th edition of SmackDown, Chelsea Green will face Bayley, and Tiffany Stratton will take on Michin, before the finals are held at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

As the tournament’s climax nears, it’s been reported by Sportskeeda’s Dr. Chris Featherstone that Green will get past Bayley before claiming the title.

Another New Champion Coming On WWE Raw

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that the first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion will be crowned in 2025. According to the report, the finals of the tournament to decide the champion will take place on January 6th, the night Raw debuts on Netflix.

At present, Lyra Valkyria and Dakota Kai have advanced to the semi-finals with two more first-round matches to come.

One of those matches will involve Natalya, who some within WWE are pushing to win the title.
