Hulk Hogan sadly passed away in July last year, aged 71.

TMZ Sports reported that the former multi-time WWE Champion suffered a cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida, following which several police cars and ambulances arrived on the scene.

The medical professionals unsuccessfully attempted to resuscitate him before pronouncing him dead.

Over the years, Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, underwent multiple surgeries that altered his health, causing it to gradually decline. Despite that, questions were raised surrounding his death, with questions asked about whether or not more efforts could have been made to save his life.

This further led to an investigation into his passing, as his family members frequently made statements about the possibility of something going awry.

A few days earlier, the Clearwater Police Department in Florida claimed to have completed its investigation, officially confirming that The Hulkster’s death was natural.

We want to thank the family of Mr. Bollea — Sky, Nick and Brooke — and their attorney, Kevin Hayslett, for their cooperation.

Their willingness to allow our investigators access to very personal information, at a time when they were grieving and struggling, was extremely helpful.

We would not have had the legal justification to obtain much of the information without their cooperation.

Hulk Hogan’s Daughter Raises Objection Over Death Investigation

Brooke Hogan, Hulk Hogan’s daughter, was one of the family members who had initially raised question marks around her father’s death.

With the official verdict now made public, she should have been at ease, but that is not the case.

Brooke recently spoke to TMZ, where she criticized the Clearwater Police Department, accusing its officers of botching the case from the get-go.

She also admitted to feeling surprised when Rob Shaw, a spokesperson for the Clearwater Police Department, thanked her in the statement, calling it “a slap in the face.”

There’s been a lot of inconsistencies from the BEGINNING. I think CWPD missed the mark by not IMMEDIATELY making this a big investigation and not questioning everything and everybody out the gate. This should have been treated as a taped off, locked down, thorough investigation from day one.

The 38-year-old stated that she was at one point told that there were no blood samples available, but later heard investigators discuss that nothing suspicious was found in Hulk Hogan’s blood.

Brooke had previously claimed that the family had conducted a private autopsy, but she was not allowed to see the result, which was not released to the public either.

Hogan was recently inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame for a third time, with his WrestleMania III match against Andre the Giant inducted into the Immortal Moments category.
