Heavy Complaints Leading To Major WWE Raw Change

A slight change is coming to how WWE presents Monday Night Raw on Netflix.

It is the second year of WWE Monday Night Raw airing on Netflix. While Raw was a 3-hour show on USA Network for more than a decade, and a 2-hour show before that for many years, it is different on Netflix.

Most episodes of Raw on Netflix run about 2 hours and 30 minutes, or a few minutes less. Depending on your Netflix subscription, you will see commercials during Raw, usually after somebody makes their entrance, leading into a match. During the breaks, wrestlers will often pose for the crowd. Sometimes there are interviews or video packages during the breaks.

There are also some of us, depending on your Netflix subscription, who won’t see a single commercial during a Raw on Netflix broadcast.

Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that viewers have complained about the heavy number of ads during Raw. According to Wrestlevotes, a decision was made to reduce commercial breaks from 12 per show down to 10. That was implemented this past Monday on Raw.

It wasn’t specified if there would be longer breaks. Most breaks during Raw are three minutes long.

Paul Heyman Believes That The Vision Runs WWE Monday Night Raw

On Monday Night Raw, The Vision’s Bron Breakker, Austin Theory, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul are led by the WWE Hall of Famer, Paul Heyman. Writing on social media, Heyman made the claim that The Vision runs Raw and they are the path to WWE’s future.

Let’s all be blunt, honest and transparent with one another. @WWE’s debut on @netflix through #WrestleMania was the story of Roman vs Punk vs Seth, with the lure of “with whom does Heyman side.” This leads to the formation of THE VISION.

THE VISION then is the main thread on #RAW as @WWERollins wins #MITB and The Heist of the Century at #SummerSlam.

Rollins injured, @bronbreakkerwwe and @BRONSONISHERE make it infinitely worse.

Since then, THE VISION has continued its RAW dominance with addition of the most famous personality on the planet
@LoganPaul and the underutilized, underappreciated @_Theory1.

STILL on top. STILL the main thread. STILL the top story. STILL dominant in the news cycle. STILL the main players on the world’s biggest streaming platform.
