Hangman Page Risks AEW World Title Future With Bold Revolution Challenge
Hangman Adam Page had a fantastic showing in AEW Grand Slam Australia last week as he emerged victorious in his match in Sydney. The Cowboy faced Andrade El Idolo this past Saturday night.
Page and El Idolo faced each other to become the number one contender for the AEW World Championship, and the former two-time World Champion emerged as the winner on the night.
The two came face-to-face after MJF retained his championship against Brody King at Grand Slam Australia before being meeting each other inside the ring tonight.
Hangman Adam Page issues a challenge on AEW Dynamite
The two men exchanged some strong words against each other as they spoke about their upcoming match at Revolution. Adam Page already holds two wins over MJF and the Salt of the Earth is aiming to break the trend next month.
Page challenged MJF to pick a stipulation for the match as he felt that their rivalry is too far ahead to just have a normal match. MJF refused to pick one, following which Page made a huge announcement.
He stated that if MJF agrees to his stipulation, Page will never challenge for the AEW World Title if he loses at Revolution. MJF asked for some time to make his decision before Page challenged him to a Texas Death Match at the event.
