Gunther Threatens To Retire Another WWE Legend Before AJ Styles

The Ring General has retired two big names already, John Cena and Bill Goldberg. Now, he is hunting for the third.

It seems that AJ Styles is going to be the next legend to retire, but is there someone else Gunther has his eyes on?

Gunther has threatened a WWE Legend

It so happens that Gunther had a chat with WWE RAW commentator Michael Cole on the latest episode. Cole asked about The Ring General backing The AJ Styles into a corner. The former World Heavyweight Champion claimed that if he defeats Styles again, he will retire The Phenomenal One.

However, he also asked Cole how long he wanted to stick around. He added that he could end Cole’s career right there by kicking the chair away from him.

Fortunately for Cole, Gunther was only joking about it!

Additionally, he revealed why he was targeting legends.

Yeah, wouldn’t that be great, right? Simple as that, I am sick and tired of these all-timers around here. Overstaying their welcome. Chasing one moment after another. Those moments, they belong to me. Bill Goldberg was chasing another moment, and I took it away from him. John Cena was chasing moment after moment for a full year. But, what are they going to talk about now?
