Former WWE Star “P*ssed” Following Their Release

WWE WrestleMania 30 battle royal

Alicia Fox might be done with WWE but she is by no means done with the wrestling business.

Alicia Fox’s career in WWE stretches back to 2006 when she was part of the company’s then-developmental territory OVW alongside the likes of Beth Phoenix and Serena Deeb. She graduated to the main roster in 2009, a time when women’s wrestling was not showcased well in the company and the female stars were referred to as Divas.

The highlight of Fox’s in-ring career came in June 2010 when she captured the Divas Title at the Fatal Four-Way event, holding it for two months before losing the gold to Melina at that year’s SummerSlam. Despite not wrestling since 2019 – bar two appearances in Royal Rumbles – the star recently revealed that she had left WWE.

Former WWE star Melina was being interviewed by MuscleManMalcolm when she was greeted by Alicia Fox. With the two talking, Melina noted that she thought Fox was done in the ring but Fox was adamant she wasn’t:

“I never said that. The machine said that. Girl, this appearance has been eye-opening. I didn’t put my face on that alumni section. I never said that. My bags are still packed. I’m p*ssed about it. So this is what I’m thinking, so I’m talking to Booker and Sharmell, and then I’ll go do that. Then, we’ll go knock on Trin’s house and then Sasha’s house…”

Alicia Fox might be waiting a while if she wants to mix things up with the former Sasha Banks, now better known as Mercedes Mone, as she suffered a serious injury during her bout with Willow Nightingale for the NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship.
