Former WWE Star On AEW All Out – “How Did Vince F This Up?”

A veteran wrestler that used to be a big name in WWE is asking a question a lot of people wonder following AEW All Out.

AEW All Out was a very successful pay-per-view from the Now Arena in Chicago. It has been praised heavily by fans of professional wrestling as AEW’s best PPV ever and arguably one of the greatest major PPVs in many years.

The in-ring return of CM Punk after seven years away from pro wrestling is what drew a lot of fans to All Out going into the show. In addition to that, some big names from WWE also made their AEW debuts at the end of the night.

Former WWE Million Dollar Champion Virgil, who also worked for WCW as Vincent, shared his thoughts about AEW All Out on social media while asking a simple question:

Bryan Danielson (as Daniel Bryan) headlined WrestleMania 37 earlier this year and then lost his last WWE match to Roman Reigns on the April 30 edition of Smackdown.

Adam Cole was one of the biggest stars on the WWE NXT brand for the last four years until his contract expired on August 27, after he put over rival Kyle O’Reilly at NXT Takeover 36 earlier in the week.

Another former WWE star debuted in AEW during the Casino Battle Royal when Ruby Soho (formerly Ruby Riott) appeared as the “Joker” in the 21 woman match. Riott ended up making it to the final two of the match, last eliminating Thunder Rosa. With the victory, Ruby now gets an AEW Women’s Title match against champion Britt Baker.

Another former WWE star was in the main event of All Out as Christian Cage challenged Kenny Omega for the AEW World Title. It’s the same Christian Cage that was part of WWE’s Royal Rumble this past January as a surprise entrant since Christian didn’t wrestle for the seven years prior to that match due to injuries. Cage lost his title match against Omega, but he has been booked strong in AEW since that was his first loss this year.

Danielson had a lot of kind words to say about McMahon after All Out. Bryan simply said that he joined AEW because he wants to “goddamn wrestle” and that’s the best place to do it right now.
