Unexpected Female WWE Star Eyes Match Against Rey Mysterio

One female WWE star wants to get intergender in the ring with a match against Rey Mysterio.

Intergender matches have become incredibly rare in WWE, with the company usually trying to keep its male and female stars separate in the ring. But IYO SKY isn’t interested in that.

Speaking with NYC Demon Diva, SKY was asked about the new WWE 2K game and what dream match she loved to play out. The reigning WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion confirmed she’d want to mix it up with WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio:

IYO SKY versus Rey Mysterio. Yeah. I want to wrestle against him.

IYO SKY Misses Out On Huge WWE Match

One match IYO SKY won’t be competing in is the Elimination Chamber. SKY and Kairi Sane fell to Raquel Rodriguez in a qualifying bout for the last slot in the match taking place on February 28th in Chicago.

Instead, SKY will no doubt be cheering on her tag team partner Rhea Ripley as she enters the demonic structure against Rodriguez, Kiana James, Alexa Bliss, Tiffany Stratton, and Asuka.
