Ex-WWE U.S. Champion Details Backstage Confrontation With Brock Lesnar

When you get told off by Brock Lesnar, it becomes a memory which doesn’t fade easy.

Such a fumble happened with Matt Riddle when he was working with WWE, that too at Royal Rumble 2020.

After the incident involving The Beast, The Original Bro knew that he was never going to work with Brock Lesnar.

Brock Lesnar grabbed Matt Riddle by the neck backstage

The former WWE superstar recalled the incident while speaking with R3.

During the interview, he revealed that Lesnar grabbed him by the neck and pulled him aside, and warned him that the duo would never work together.

While Riddle assured Lesnar that he wouldn’t force him to do anything The Beast wouldn’t want to. However, he also let Lesnar know that Riddle had gotten to him.

When I got to a Royal Rumble, I was really excited to get in the ring. All sudden, I get a guy grabbed me by the back of the neck when I’m walking into the hall, and I turn around and it’s Brock Lesnar.

He pulls me in. He didn’t hurt me, and he just dragged me. It was a, ‘Hey, just want you to know we’ll never work, never get in the ring. Just keep my name out of your mouth.’
