This WWE star is stepping away from wrestling following the expiration of her contract with the company.

Ex-WWE Star Kelly Kincaid Talks About Moving On From Wrestling

In the Instagram post, Kincaid notes how she didn’t have an identity outside of wrestling, although she admits that her time in RoH was fun for her.

I didn’t have an identity outside of work for eight years. I’ve never had more fun in my life than when I was Quinn McKay at Ring of Honor. I poured my heart and soul into her, and I like to think it showed.

She then talks about her time with WWE, admitting that the job is demanding despite the rewards that come with it. She even says that her experience with WWE was very different from ROH.

WWE was another story. It’s a rewarding, but very demanding, job. Everything I thought I knew about my craft was dissected, analyzed, and turned around. It wasn’t better or worse than what was expected of me at ROH; it was just different.

She wonders aloud in the heartfelt post whether she would ever return to wrestling and says that she has gotten back to one of her other passions, Roller Derby, something she used to do before getting into wrestling.

I don’t know if I’ll ever return to wrestling. I’ve started playing roller derby again. It’s given me my life back.
