Ex-WWE Champion Admits He Has Unfinished Business With Roman Reigns
A former WWE Champion recalled their feud with Roman Reigns with never took shape.
Killer Kross, fka Karrion Kross, is currently signed with Major League Wrestling, where he serves as the MLW World Heavyweight Champion.
After being released from the Stamford promotion in 2021, Kross returned the following year in August by attacking Drew McIntyre, who had been feuding with Reigns’ Bloodline.
Following the attack, Kross’ wife, Scarlett, placed an hourglass in the ring as the Bloodline members watched everything unfold.
Unfortunately, the 2022 storyline faded into oblivion. Kross and Scarlett left WWE in August 2025, too.
During a recent interview with Monopoly Events, the 40-year-old star was asked if he had any unfinished storyline with his former employer that he would like to revisit. Kross then mentioned the plot with Roman Reigns.
Under the right cicumstances I still would do that match but he’s got some big things coming up that I hear, and right now I am MLW World Heavyweight Champion. And I say this respectfully to the company, my heart is here. This is where I am right now and I am solely focussed on this. But the beautiful part about being a free agent? Anything can happen. If everyone can get on the same page.
Roman Reigns Returns To WWE Next Week
Roman Reigns returned at the Royal Rumble for the first time since the Survivor Series: WarGames PLE in November.
Entering as the #26 participant, The Original Tribal Chief won the match to set up the main event at WrestleMania 42. He now had the job of picking the champion of his choice as his challenger.
On the February 2 WWE Raw episode, he named CM Punk as his choice in a heated main event segment.
He has yet to make an appearance ever since, and now the date has been revealed.
The February 23 taping of the red brand featured a segment featuring Punk, where he announced that Reigns would attend next week’s show in Indianapolis.
