An AEW star, who recently exited the company, has returned to their former employer.

On the January 14 episode of Dynamite, a graphic showed that The Rascalz had signed with the Jacksonville promotion after leaving TNA.

During the subsequent taping of Collision, three out of the four members of the stable made their official appearance in a backstage segment.

While the segment featured Myron Reed, Zachary Wentz, and Dezmond Xavier, Trey Miguel was nowhere to be seen.

Shortly afterward, reports claimed that Miguel had been let go from AEW just days after signing with them due to a past controversy.

Taking to X, Miguel admitted to the mistakes he had committed, but ascertained that he was a changed man today. In doing so, he also revealed that he was stepping away from in-ring competition as he needed a break.

Taking a break from wrestling. Please respect my space and don’t tag me in any posts or comments. Go support The Rascalz still, Miguel wrote in an Instagram story.

Trey Miguel Returns To TNA After AEW Departure

It’s safe to say that Trey Miguel’s departure from AEW was rather unceremonious, considering his popularity as part of The Rascalz.

Days after announcing that he was taking a break, the 31-year-old made a U-turn and signed with TNA, which the promotion confirmed on social media.

In a following tweet, Miguel expressed that the last few days had brought him a lot of hardships, forcing him to move away from his role as a wrestler.

He then thanked everyone who supported him, especially TNA.

Elsewhere in AEW, The Rascalz were challenged by CRU (Lio Rush & Action Andretti w/Lacey Lane).
