Former AEW International Champion Will Ospreay made a major return to the promotion at AEW Revolution last month. He hadn’t been on All Elite television since being attacked by the Death Riders at Forbidden Door 2025.

He immediately went after the AEW Continental Champion and the leader of the Death Riders, Jon Moxley. The two were at each other’s throats throughout, leading to their AEW World Championship match at Dynasty.

Ospreay and Moxley went to war at Dynasty for the Continental Championship, but he came up short at the event. Last week on Dynamite, he met Heichico in the ring, and his match had to be stopped in the middle.

A similar incident happened with the Aerial Assassin once again tonight as he faced another Don Calli Family member, Mark Davis. The two wrestled an incredibly hard-hitting match with Davis targeting Ospreay’s neck.

He recently returned from a lengthy neck injury, and everyone seems to be targeting his neck in every match. The ringside doctor evaluated his match tonight and as well and deemed it to be more damaging than last week.

He was stopped from continuing the match and Davis was declared the winner as a result of forfeit. Following the match, Davis attacked Ospreay’s neck again before he tried to hit a piledriver. He was stopped in his tracks by the Death Riders, who had him surrounded from all sides before they took the unconsious Ospreay with them.
