Cody Rhodes Confirms Interest In Pursuing Non-WWE Career

Cody Rhodes is currently focused on defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 42.

On the latest episode of SmackDown, The Viper turned heel on The American Nightmare and left him in a bloodied state after smashing his head on the steel steps.

Rhodes required immediate medical attention after the brutal assault by his WrestleMania challenger.

At this point, Cody Rhodes is at the top of WWE, but at the same time, he has ambitions outside WWE as well.

Cody Rhodes has stated his interest in non-WWE career

On March 13th, 2026, Cody Rhodes appeared on The Brandon Davis show. During the conversation, he revealed that he is often asked about his Mount Rushmore of Wrestlers. However, he finds it too difficult to pick only four and keeps giving different answers.

Furthermore, he revealed that he thought Mount Rushmore was five heads, and he is happy to have been corrected before he ran for office.

Also, for a guy who definitely wants to run for office, I thought there were five heads on Mount Rushmore at one point. I was corrected. It was good that I figured that out before trying to collect votes.
