Chris Jericho Makes Huge Move Amid WWE Return Rumors
Chris Jericho’s probable return to WWE has been much anticipated for the past several months, but it has yet to happen.
Chris Jericho is one of the few wrestlers who has reinvented his character at different stages throughout his career.
Y2J has had a long career in wrestling spanning over three decades, and during this time, he has always managed to stay relevant by changing up his character and overall gimmick slightly every time, keeping his core intact.
The smart-mouthed star was last working with AEW and went on hiatus. He was last seen on AEW TV at the Dynasty pay-per-view, where he lost his ROH World Championship to Bandido.
Rumours of a possible return to WWE spiked when it came to light that his AEW contract was ending on December 31st. However, he remains under contract with the Tony Khan-led promotion to this day.
Jericho has since toured with his band Fozzy and is also going to be seen playing himself in an upcoming movie, Margo’s Got Money Troubles.
Now, interestingly, Jericho has filed for a new trademark.
