Chelsea Green Reveals Legit Injury Suffered On WWE SmackDown: “Near Fatal Fall”
Chelsea Green is livid at the recent treatment handed to her.
Green was a part of a 3-way Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match on WWE SmackDown, which also involved Tiffany Stratton and Lash Legend.
The leader of the The Green Regime showed tremendous aggression, even performing top-rope dives and a coast-to-coast on her laid out opponents.
However, at some point during the bout, she seemingly suffered an injury, the details of which she only revealed recently.
Chelsea Green was scheduled to defend her AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship with Ethan Page against Lola Vice and Mr. Iguana at AAA on FOX on February 7.
It was reported that she had been pulled from the show due to her injury and was replaced by La Hiedra.
The bout went forward as scheduled, although the titles ended up changing hands when Vice pinned La Hiedra after striking her with a vicious back spin kick.
Chelsea Green Accuses AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide Of Partisanship
Chelsea Green did not wake up a happy woman. On February 8, she took to X, accusing the Mexican Lucha Libre promotion of forcing Ethan Page to defend their titles without her.
In doing so, she also shared a picture of her injury as well as a photo showing an orthopedic walking boot around her leg.

On the January 2, 2026, episode of SmackDown, Green recently lost the Women’s United States Championship to Giulia, ending her 56-day second reign.
