BREAKING: WWE Champion Pinned On SmackDown

WWE SmackDown aired live from Barcelona, Spain, tonight and had some interesting matches scheduled for the show as it kicked off the promotion’s mini-European tour.

The WWE Tag Team Champions, Damian Priest and R-Truth, haven’t been able to team together for the last few weeks due to Truth’s shoulder injury, and he arranged for Priest to have a new tag team partner tonight.

He made Damian team up with Royce Keys as they took on Tama and Talla Tonga of the MFTs. Priest and Keys were involved in an argument last week and haven’t been seeing eye-to-eye since then.

MFTs earn a huge win on WWE SmackDown tonight

They teamed together at Truth’s insistence tonight, but it didn’t work out in their favor as the duo lost to Solo Sikoa’s MFT. The tag team match had been pretty even for some time before Solo Sikoa interefered behind the referee’s back.

Despite not being medically cleared, Truth came out to help his tag team partner, but Solo took advantage of his injury. He attacked Truth’s injured left shoulder to gain the upper hand before going for the Samoan Spike.

Keys stopped him from hitting Truth, but Tama Tonga took Royce out with the Hidden Blade from behind. As Damian Priest was distracted from all the commotion outside, Talla Tonga grabbed him by surprise and took him out with a massive chokeslam to get the pin over the WWE Tag Team Champion.
