Brandi Rhodes Confirms Cody Rhodes’ NSFW Claim On WWE SmackDown
Cody Rhodes’ claim on WWE SmackDown was supported by his wife, Brandi, on social media.
During one of WWE World Champion CM Punk’s many interviews during Super Bowl week, he made an interesting comment about his WrestleMania 42 match against Roman Reigns, who earned the right to challenge Punk after winning the Royal Rumble.
While talking about the match with Reigns, Punk made an interesting NSFW remark.
“The lore is we’re two top guys in the industry, so it’s going to be a measuring contest. You see, I’m being cautious about my words. Can I say d**k measuring contest?”
That “d**k measuring contest” line apparently made the rounds because a fired-up Cody Rhodes did a promo on SmackDown after he was separated from his rival, the WWE Champion Drew McIntyre.
During his rage-filled promo about not winning the Royal Rumble, Cody said people know what WrestleMania means to him and what he means to WrestleMania. Regarding the Punk-Reigns match, Cody said that he heard it was a “you know what” measuring contest, and he didn’t get the nickname of Raheem for no reason.
As for Cody’s wife Brandi Rhodes, with whom he shares two daughters, she wrote on social media, “Well…it’s true tho.”

Let’s just say that it seems like Cody’s wife Brandi feels content with his “size” outside the ring.
Cody Rhodes Wants WWE To Run More Live Events
The former 2-time Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes, recently spoke with management about how he wants the company to run more non-televised live events. It’s something WWE used to do a lot of, but in the past few years, since TKO has owned WWE, they have cut back significantly on live events.
“I had suggested some of the top brass in the company for a myriad of reasons: camaraderie, the reps, the general sense of working here.
It’s hard to think you work somewhere if you’re only there a couple of days a week, right? Versus the schedule for when we first started, where it was full tours, live events, then you come to TV, and then you’re home less time.
I had suggested to them, I said: run one weekend a month, call them house shows, make them almost — poke the fourth wall a little bit in terms of what they are.
They’re canon, but they’re not. You’re going to see some of the stuff you see on TV, but it’s going to be a bit more of a mixed bag. And maybe you’re going to see some people you’ve never seen before who are getting their first rep in front of you. Run them that way where there’s an intimacy to them that’s advertised. ‘This is a house show. That’s what you guys are getting, and it’s going to be awesome.’ They’re so fun, so fun.”
Cody Rhodes didn’t reveal how WWE management responded to his suggestion.
