Blake Monroe doesn’t have gold on her, and she is looking for some.

Monroe made her WWE debut in June 2025 and quickly became WWE Women’s North American Champion for 52 days.

The developmental star will face Thea Hail on the February 24 NXT episode in the first round of a tournament to determine the next challenger for the Women’s Speed Championship.

Despite this, she is looking to challenge Jacy Jayne for her NXT Women’s Championship.

Blake Monroe Teases Title Chase In Interview

Speaking on the Busted Open Podcast, Monroe teased going after Jayne for her title after co-host Mark Henry pointed out that fans haven’t seen Monroe in the NXT Women’s Championship Title picture of late.

I’m letting Jacy Jayne try. I’m letting her have her fun, have her moment, giving her some time, and when I am ready to take the title, I will.

If she’s still champion, she knows I’m coming, I already pinned her. I pinned her in my debut, main eventing a pay-per-view by the way.

Blake Monroe clarified that she will go after Jayne when the time comes, but not right now.

When I’m ready, I’ll come for her, but right now I’m not doing that.

Monroe & Jordynne Grace defeated Jacy Jayne & Fallon Henley at NXT The Great American Bash in July 2025.
