Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair has given her reaction to Triple H taking over as head of creative in WWE following Vince McMahon’s shock retirement.

July 22nd, 2022 is a date that will live in wrestling infamy as that was the day that longtime WWE Chairman Vince McMahon announced his retirement. McMahon’s exit from WWE comes amid investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct and hush money payments to former company employees.

With a vacuum left at the top of the sports entertainment behemoth, it wasn’t long before Stephanie McMahon and WWE President were announced as the new co-CEOs of WWE while Triple H (Paul Levesque) was named as the company’s new Head of Talent Relations as well as the Head of Creative.

Speaking to Inside the Ropes’Kenny McIntosh over SummerSlam weekend, Bianca Belair who previously starred on the Triple H-led NXT gave her thoughts about The Game taking over:

“I’m very excited for Triple H being in control creatively. I was working with him in NXT, that’s my home, he was the very first person that gave me confirmation that I was born to do this, and he was the very first person that had faith in me and put me on the big stage, starting with the Mae Young Classic.

“He’s been there since the very beginning, he was there when I won the Royal Rumble, when I main evented WrestleMania, so it’s exciting to see him here, and know that he’s going to be here for the future. I’m just excited for it.”
