Bianca Belair Provides Concerning Injury Update Amid WWE Absence
Bianca Belair has provided another update on her finger injury amid her WWE hiatus.
The EST of WWE last wrestled at WrestleMania 41 in a Triple Threat Match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship. During the match, she suffered a serious finger injury, which required surgery.
The former WWE Women’s Champion recently posted a photo of her injured finger on her Instagram Stories, revealing that it is still swollen. Belair also disclosed that her ring size has changed after the injury.
Finally got my ring back and can finally wear it again. My ring size went from a 7.5 to a…..10! My ring finger is bigger than my thumb now.
Bianca Belair Lost A Portion Of Her Joint
In her update, Bianca Belair shared additional details about her injury, revealing that she suffered joint damage and lost a portion of the joint.
The EST of WWE added that her finger still cannot bend, more than a year after the injury occurred.
I broke my finger—I broke my knuckle, and I have joint damage. I lost a portion of my joint, which can’t be fixed. It still won’t bend to this day. I’ve sacrificed enough, and I’m just ready to have a baby.
While the former WWE Women’s Champion remains absent from in-ring action, she made a surprise appearance last month at WrestleMania 42. The 37-year-old joined John Cena in the ring to announce her pregnancy with her and Montez Ford’s first child together. Belair recently posted photos of her baby bump on Instagram.
Cute lil bump era… now it’s growing and… even CUTER!!! 😍🥹
*I have so many photos archived 😬
