Bianca Belair has shared a positive update on her finger injury, along with some gnarly photos.

The 2026 WWE Royal Rumble PLE is in the books, and Bianca Belair wasn’t a part of the show even though many fans predicted her to win the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Instead, Liv Morgan won the Women’s Royal Rumble.

Sadly, the former 3-time WWE Women’s Champion and WrestleMania main eventer, Bianca Belair, hasn’t wrestled since WrestleMania 41 last April, when she was part of an incredible match with Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley.

During the WrestleMania match (which Sky won), Belair suffered broken fingers. Since then, she’s gone through treatment for it, and she eventually had surgery on February 16th to repair her finger.

Bianca Belair Thanks Her Doctor For “Fixing” Her

In a February 19th Instagram post, Belair shared images from the hospital while also posting some graphic photos of her surgically repaired finger. Belair also thanked her doctor for helping her.

“10 months post injury, 8 months of rehab, 5 Dr’s Later…And we are FINALLY here. Now I can finally start to put this behind me. Thank you so much Dr. Desai for hearing me and fixing me!

Fingers and JOINTS are complicated, frustrating, confusing, essential… if you don’t get it… consider yourself lucky and I hope you never have to find out. Maybe one day I’ll go into detail but it’s a lot. Thank you to those who have sent so much love my way and continue to.

*Graphic photo from surgery… I was going to post the video but it was a little more graphic than the photo and I didn’t want to freak out some people too badly lol*

While there’s no timeline for how long Belair will remain out of action, it’s been reported that she will likely miss WrestleMania 42 due to the finger injury.
